The respective Clerks of Courts of the Courts of Common Pleas of the counties in the Seventh Appellate District (Belmont, Carroll, Columbiana, Harrison, Jefferson, Mahoning, Monroe, and Noble) are also the Clerk of this Court of Appeals for their respective county.  All documents required to be filed in this Court shall be filed with the Clerk of the Court of Appeals of the county in which the action appealed took place or, in the case of original actions in this Court, of the county in which the complaint is filed, where the Court may obtain personal jurisdiction over the parties.
